Who: Paddra Nsu-Yeul and Anyone?!
Where: Archades
When: Afternoon
What: Being thrown into jail for suspicion. Not to mention that she has made it very awkward for the soldier that captured her.
Yeul could be seen from a empty area near an alluvial fan that trickled water down from a slope that connected to a waterscape. She didn't seem to be bothered by the rains as they were the only thing that could make her remember what Pulse was like. The place was always hot, always warm and full of vegetation and life but that was not to be in this place. Yeul found herself enjoying the wild rains, the scent of full freedom in the air even if it wasn't real.
Lately, she'd had a few visions that caused her to crumble beneath the weight of the world and she had no one to tell but her journal. A part of her remembered doing this from before Oracle Drives existed, but she had to find a way to keep track, right? On this day, she was staring off into the shallow water and a warm, familiar feeling washed over her as the rains did as a reminder of her home. When she thought of her home, she knew that she'd ruined it and caused some of the problems that she feared would be replicated on this planet.
The nomads nearby were hunting as she entered near the city alone, she was obviously not like the other people in the area. Everything from her hair to the clothes she wore seemed strange, clearly out of place. The moment she walked ahead, she knew she would be taken and thrown in the dungeon as she had already seen it. Yeul's future sight told her that she needed to go to this destination, especially now that she'd seen herself there. A part of her already knew this was a bad idea, so there was no resistance from her but she chose to go alone. An older gentlemen shouted at her, noticing that she was clearly not from the area.
"Hey! You there! Get over here!" The loudness of the man had hurt her ears, she even winced but came towards the towering figure. Yeul remained in her position, tilting her head back with a distant look on her face. "Yes?" Yeul said softly, but the disposition of the soldier changed as she approached him and stood extremely close -- very off-putting.
"You are a under suspicion of assassination of Emperor. You are under arrest?" The guard said, talking down to Yeul but she never feared men much larger than her. After a moment of deafening silence, she tilted her head and simply replied. "Alright." Again, her disposition was so off-putting that he almost thought to release her because she didn't even seem to understand what was happening fully. The knight took her by the wrist, grasping hard and began to drag her at first until he realized that she came peacefully. The walk to the jails was a long one, she found herself lagging behind due to her limp and the soldier just kind of tugged her whenever she lagged.
"Might I request that I be placed alone? I am quite small, it would be terrible to be run over by other people." The soldier rolled his eyes, not even listening to the request. Fortunately, she was only given an empty cell because there was one available and NOT because she requested it. The only problem was that she didn't really look to see if it was occupied by anyone else before she was tossed inside. Once she was thrown into the jail cell, she found a place to sit down and remained quiet unlike many of the those who were thrown into the jail. The jail cell left her with a deep reminder of the first siege on Paddra, and how Caius had saved her from being captured or killed by hiding her in a cell.
She remembered the darkness of it, the cold floor and all she had was a pleasant memory of someone special.
