A great deal of Ceodore's openness was the result of his upbringing in Baron. His parents made it a habit to walk through the town and make themselves available to the people. He learned from them, growing up. He'd seen first hand the impact it made on the people of Baron when suddenly the king and queen stopped their regular visits. There was still great faith in them both, but at the same time, they were perplexed and disappointed. One could argue the prince was almost too open, not stopping to consider the potential threat a stranger could pose. He always took people at face value and assumed the best about them.
He listened intently, brow furrowing in concentration as she spoke. There was something about those places. Something familiar that someone on Gaia mentioned, but he just couldn't place them. Wait, didn't Vanille mention Cocoon before? Ceodore was just not quite certain and had been let down more times than he could count on being recognized.
It was the mention of the moon falling that truly grasped his attention. It sounded like what happened at home, or would have if they had not managed to stop the Creator. Had he already destroyed their world? "Your moon fell? Were your Crystals taken away by the Maenads too?"
